Opus Block Management was founded to bring a more personal, proactive standard to residential block management.
Too often, leaseholders and directors find their managing agent hard to reach, their service charge accounts hard to follow, and their buildings managed from a distance. We started Opus to do the opposite: to be local, visible and straightforward to deal with.
We come from a property background rooted in the detail of how buildings are actually kept and how residents actually experience them. That grounding shapes how we manage: careful attention to condition, clear communication, and finances you can follow line by line.
A managing agent is there to carry out the wishes of the client, guided by the lease, not to dictate how a building is run. We work closely with directors to understand the service they want and deliver it without fuss.
We keep portfolios per manager deliberately small, so the person looking after your block has the time to do it properly.
We manage residential developments across Surrey, Berkshire, Middlesex and London, staying close enough to visit regularly and respond quickly.
